River Church at 8393 Holly Road, Holly, Michigan.

In my opinion, I like a church to have music that isn't too loud nor too soft. The River however has loud music which, doesn't want to make me sing to their church songs but, makes me want to have ear plugs or muffs. With the loud sound of the drums, the blaring sound of the electric guitar, and among other loud instruments playing, makes me want to leave rather than stay. However, the pastor's and the community of the church seem to be great teachers and learners. Every single time I go there, I get greeted by a christian and it makes me feel welcomed. Also, I like the infrastructure of the church and it seems as though their teachings in the church are right which, other churches can deceive you into thinking events happened in the bible that never did happen. The church also had Nerf War battles for the children on Friday nights a few years ago. I attended a few times back then but now, it angers me because I think churches shouldn't have any form of violent suggestions. I think they eventually got rid of that event which, I think that was a good move on them to do. God Bless!
